Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

yamyam! is made for children. If a child is using the App, a parent or guardian should review these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The App

yamyam! is a free collection of mini games that run on your device without an internet connection. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

Your scores and progress are stored only on your device. They are not backed up by us and are lost if you delete the App.

Ads

The App is supported by non-personalized, family-friendly ads served by Google AdMob, which need an internet connection to load. Ads are provided by third parties; we limit them to content suitable for general audiences but don’t control each ad and aren’t responsible for the products or services they promote. How ad data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App, except as the law allows
• Interfere with the App’s ads, for example by generating fake impressions or clicks
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Ownership

The App, including its games, artwork, characters, sounds and code, belongs to Dat Duong and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don’t give you any rights to it beyond the licence above.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that game progress will never be lost.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

App Store and Google Play

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to that store’s terms. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google, who have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
